“I did a full demolition and rebuild on our hillside property. Once our plans were ready I reached out to a few contractors that I found online. Some didn't answer at all and some took weeks to answer. GLC always got back to me no matter what questions I had, after our initial conversation we met at the property and they gave me an estimate. I decided to go with them. They weren't the lowest bid, but it was reasonable and I liked the personal service and attention we would receive, and that they had been in business for longer than the rest. I was pleasantly surprised that the communication didn't just last until I signed the contract. My project manager always got back to me within an hour or so and usually was reaching out to me keeping me updated and informed. He made sure I was happy with everything and really seemed to care about the result. They didn't cut any corners and kept an eagle-eye on everything, their team is extremely detail oriented. Beyond my expectations. If you are doing any kind of major construction I suggest checking them out. Thank you so much”
